Business Development Executive (BDE)

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage government, institutional and pharmaceutical medicine tenders end-to-end, from tender identification and evaluation to bid submission and closure.
• Prepare and submit technical and commercial bid documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with tender requirements and timelines.
• Handle tender processes across GeM and other government/institutional procurement portals, including bid submissions, clarifications and documentation.
• Coordinate internally for product details, pricing, regulatory documents, quotations and other tender requirements for timely submission.
• Track submitted tenders, follow up on outcomes.

Job Requirements :

• 4–8 years of experience in pharmaceutical tendering, preferably involving medicines and healthcare products.
• Hands-on experience in government and institutional tenders, including GeM and other e-tendering portals.
• Strong knowledge of bid preparation, technical & commercial documentation, tender compliance and submission processes.
• Good understanding of pharmaceutical documentation and regulatory requirements relevant to medicine tenders.
• Strong analytical, coordination and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple tenders and deadlines simultaneously.
