Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Business Development Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, generating leads, maintaining client relationships, and supporting business growth.

Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, emails, and online research.
• Contact potential clients and explain company products/services.
• Follow up with leads and convert prospects into customers.
• Maintain and update customer and lead databases.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding.
• Prepare basic sales reports and maintain daily activity records.
• Achieve assigned sales and business development targets.

Requirements

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and computer applications.
• Ability to communicate professionally with clients.
• Strong follow-up and negotiation skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Freshers can apply.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
