Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Inside Sales Executive to connect with potential customers, generate leads, understand customer requirements, and convert prospects into sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities (KRA)

• Contact potential customers through calls, emails, and online platforms.
• Generate and qualify leads through outbound and inbound communication.
• Understand customer needs and provide suitable product/service solutions.
• Follow up with prospects and maintain customer relationships.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain customer data and update CRM records.
• Coordinate with the sales team for successful conversions.

Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Fluent English Communication Required.
• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Basic knowledge of sales process and customer handling.
• Ability to handle rejection and work with targets.
