As a Business Development Executive (BDE) at CLAW Marketing, you will play a crucial role in driving our agency's growth. We are looking for an ambitious, results-driven professional who excels at building relationships, identifying new opportunities, and closing deals in the dynamic digital marketing space.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, qualify, and generate new business leads to build a robust sales pipeline.
• Pitch CLAW Marketing’s services to potential clients through outreach, networking, and direct meetings.
• Conduct market research to identify new trends, customer needs, and potential growth areas.
• Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Negotiate contracts and close agreements to meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
• Collaborate with the core marketing and production teams to align sales strategies with our service offerings.
• Track and report on sales performance, pipeline status, and client feedback.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Business Development Executive, Sales Executive, or a similar role (experience within a marketing agency is a strong plus).
• Solid understanding of digital marketing services and current industry trends.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and thrive in a target-driven startup environment.
