Experience: 1+ Years

Responsibilities:

• Search and identify relevant projects on Upwork for Digital Marketing services.
• Create and submit professional proposals based on client requirements.
• Generate leads and convert Upwork opportunities into business.
• Communicate with international clients through Upwork, email, and calls.
• Understand client requirements and coordinate with the marketing/technical team.
• Follow up with prospects and maintain the sales pipeline.
• Achieve monthly sales and business targets.

Requirements:

• 1+ years of experience in Upwork bidding / Business Development.
• Experience in a Digital Marketing / IT services company preferred.
• Good understanding of SEO, PPC, SMM, Web Development, and other digital marketing services.
• Excellent communication and proposal-writing skills.
• Strong negotiation and client-handling skills.
• International client-handling experience will be an advantage.
