Business Development Executive (BDE)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Generation: Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up, outbound cold calls, emails, and networking.
• Client Acquisition: Pitch products or services effectively to prospective customers, understand their pain points, and offer tailored solutions.
• Pipeline Management: Manage and update the sales pipeline daily using internal CRM systems to ensure accurate sales forecasting.
• Market Research: Identify market trends, track competitor activities, and discover new target industries or demographics.
• Revenue Generation: Meet or exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Relationship Building: Maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and new clients to secure repeat business or referrals.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
