Business Development Executive (BDE)

Key Responsibilities

• Generate B2B leads through cold calling, Meta leads, Zoho CRM, and online platforms.
• Identify and connect with wholesalers, distributors, retailers, and bulk buyers.
• Explain products, pricing, and company offerings professionally.
• Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into orders.
• Maintain accurate lead and follow-up updates in Zoho CRM.
• Achieve assigned individual sales targets.
• Coordinate with the sales and operations team for order processing and customer requirements.

Requirements

• Experience in B2B telesales/business development preferred.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Comfortable with cold calling and lead follow-ups.
• Basic knowledge of CRM/software tools.
• Target-oriented, disciplined, and proactive.

Salary: ₹25,000–₹35,000/month + incentives
Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
Working Days: Monday – Saturday

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Whitefield, Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• B2B sales: 1 year (Required)
