Business Development Executive (BDE)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead generation, prospect research, data extraction, and database management.
• Manage outbound email and Client Communication activities.
• Maintain HubSpot/CRM records, pipelines, and reporting.
• Create and schedule social media content and basic creatives using Canva.
• Use AI tools for research, content creation, and day-to-day BD activities.
• Coordinate with sales and marketing teams on campaigns and lead-generation activities.
• Track KPIs, client tasks, and delivery timelines.
• Mentor BD/cold-calling team members and conduct daily stand-ups.
• International Experience preferred.

Required Skills & Experience

• 2–3 years of experience in BD, Sales Operations, or Growth roles.
• At least 1 year of team-handling experience.
• Strong experience in lead generation, cold email, and cold calling.
• Hands-on experience with HubSpot or similar CRM.
• Knowledge of data extraction and management.
• Experience with Canva and AI tools.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Good analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Nice to Have

• HubSpot sequences/social sync.
• Basic Excel/Google Sheets reporting skills.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
