Job Title: Medical Sales Executive / BDE (Oncology Diagnostics)

Location: Delhi NCR (Field-based)

Overview:

KPCIRC is a specialized institution delivering cutting-edge molecular diagnostics and next-generation sequencing (NGS) for cancer care. We are hiring a Business Development Executive to drive field sales and clinician adoption of our precision oncology portfolio across North India.

What You Will Do:

• Conduct daily doctor calls to oncologists and pathologists.
• Promote genomic tests like Liquid Biopsy, CGP, and Hereditary Testing.
• Support partnerships with major hospitals (Fortis, Sir Ganga Ram, Apollo) and government accounts.
• Help execute CMEs, workshops, and scientific marketing campaigns.
• Track all leads and sales activities in CRM (Zoho/Salesforce/HubSpot).

Qualifications:

• Experience: 2 to 6 years in field sales within molecular diagnostics, pharma, or healthcare.
• Education: B.Sc/M.Sc in Life Sciences/Biotech or B.Pharm/M.Pharm.
• Skills: Strong communication, target-driven, and comfortable with daily field travel.
