YuvaCoders is a hands-on robotics and coding lab in Sanquelim, North Goa. Children aged 10 to 16 learn to build real robots using Arduino, Python and ESP32. We're growing, and we need someone to help more schools and parents find us.

About the role
This is a field role for a fresher who enjoys meeting people. For most parents and schools, you'll be the first person they talk to at YuvaCoders. The founder will train you personally in your first two weeks.

What you will do

• Visit schools around Bicholim taluka (Sanquelim, Bicholim, Valpoi, Honda, Harvalem) and set up free robotics workshops
• Follow up with interested parents by phone and WhatsApp
• Invite families for demo classes at our lab and guide them through admission
• Make sure fees are paid on time
• Keep a simple daily record of visits, calls and admissions
• Spot schools interested in a long-term partnership and set up meetings with the founder

What we're looking for

• BBA, MBA or B.Com graduate (freshers welcome)
• Comfortable talking to parents in Konkani or Marathi and English
• Your own two-wheeler and a valid licence
• Confident, polite, and okay with hearing "no"

Pay

• ₹12,000 fixed salary per month
• ₹2,000 fuel allowance per month
• ₹500 per admission for your first 10, then ₹1,000 per admission (paid once the fee is collected)
• ₹5,000 bonus for every school partnership you bring in
