Job Description

We are looking for a Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our IT company. Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience are welcome to apply.

The candidate will be responsible for finding potential clients, generating leads, communicating with prospects, and helping the company acquire new IT projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads through LinkedIn, email, calling, and online platforms.
• Find clients looking for IT and web development services.
• Contact potential clients and understand their requirements.
• Send proposals and follow up with leads.
• Schedule meetings with potential clients.
• Maintain lead and follow-up records.
• Work towards monthly lead-generation and sales targets.
• Coordinate with the development team for client requirements.

Skills Required

• Good communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of computers and the internet.
• Good English communication is preferred.
• Confident and willing to communicate with clients.
• Good follow-up and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to learn IT services and sales.
