Business Development Executive (BDE)

Job Overview

UK Chem Corp is looking for a Business Development Executive to develop new B2B opportunities, generate qualified leads and build long-term customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

· Identify new business opportunities and potential B2B customers.

· Conduct market and company research to build prospect databases.

· Generate leads through calls, email, online research and other channels.

· Understand customer requirements and coordinate suitable solutions.

· Follow up on enquiries, quotations and business opportunities.

· Maintain CRM, lead and customer information.

· Develop relationships with new and existing customers.

· Prepare regular business development and lead-generation reports.

Candidate Requirements

· Graduate or Post Graduate preferred.

· 2–5 years of experience in business development, B2B sales or lead generation.

· Strong English and Hindi communication skills.

· Good knowledge of email, MS Office and Google Sheets.

· Good research, presentation and follow-up skills.

· Industrial or chemical-sector experience will be an advantage.
