Business Development Executive (BDE)

Job Overview

We are looking for a Business Development Executive (BDE) with strong communication and sales skills to generate leads, handle client interactions, and drive business growth for our IT services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls and pitch IT services and solutions to potential clients.
• Identify client requirements and qualify leads.
• Handle client communication, follow-ups, and relationship management.
• Schedule meetings/demos with qualified prospects.
• Maintain and update lead/client information in CRM or tracking sheets.
• Follow up with prospects and support the sales process through conversion.
• Coordinate with the internal team to understand and communicate client requirements.
• Achieve assigned sales and lead-generation goals.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in BDE, IT Sales, Business Development, or Client Handling.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Confident in cold calling and client interaction.
• Good understanding of lead generation and sales processes.
• Experience in selling IT/software services is preferred.
• Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated and target-oriented.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
