Business Development Executive (BDE)

Location: Godhra, Gujarat
Qualification: B.Com / BBA / M.Com
Experience: 2 years preferred; freshers can also apply.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities for premium bricks Marketing in the assigned market.
• Identify and approach builders, contractors, real estate developers, construction companies, and dealers.
• Generate leads through market visits, customer meetings, and networking.
• Promote and sell bricks to retail and bulk customers.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers and dealers.
• Required Skills
• Good communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
• Knowledge of local markets and construction-related customers will be an advantage.
• Willingness to travel locally for customer visits and market development.
• Target-oriented approach and ability to build customer relationships.
• Basic computer knowledge and reporting skills.

Eligibility

• B.Com, BBA, MBA or M.Com graduates.
• Candidates with 2 years of experience in sales or business development will be preferred.
• Freshers with good communication skills and an interest in sales can also apply.
