Business Development Executive (BDE)

• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase market share.
• Monitor daily sales activities and Cold calling for 100+ prospect Daily.
• Generate Daily 4-5 new appointment and Schedule for Booking.
• Maintain healthy relation with client
• Lead, motivate, and mentor the sales team.
• Set individual sales targets and monitor performance.
• Conduct regular sales meetings and performance reviews.
• Identify training needs and arrange and sales skill training.

Pay: From ₹180,000.00 per month
