Business Development Executive (BDE)

Key Responsibilities

• Client Acquisition: Procure new clients through direct contact, word-of-mouth, networking activities, and marketing collaboration.
• Relationship Management: Maintain meaningful, long-term relationships with existing clients and suggest product upgrades or additional services.
• Proposals & Negotiations: Craft business proposals, draft contracts, and negotiate pricing to maximize revenue.
• Market Research: Monitor consumption trends, analyze customer feedback, and stay informed on competitor movements.
• Team & Internal Support: Train or mentor staff in technical and social skills to enhance sales outcomes.

Requirements

• Education: Degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
• Experience: Proven track record in sales and business development.
• Skills: Strong networking, communication, negotiation, and research abilities.
• Disposition: Professional, affable, and insightful regarding human behavior and client needs.

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
