Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive (Online Bidder) with hands-on experience in online bidding portals, lead generation, and client communication for IT services.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate business through online bidding platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, and PPH.
• Identify potential clients and understand project requirements.
• Prepare effective proposals and cover letters for bidding.
• Communicate professionally with international clients.
• Coordinate with internal teams for project discussions and delivery.
• Maintain client relationships and achieve business development targets.

Required Skills

• Experience with online bidding and bidding portals.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Good understanding of proposal writing and lead generation.
• Ability to manage multiple opportunities and deadlines.
• Basic knowledge of IT services, web development is preferred.

Important Note

This position is strictly on-site, with rotational shifts. Remote or work-from-home options are not available.
