Job Description

Soulcure Pharmaceutical is hiring an experienced and result-oriented Business Development Executive to expand our client base and drive business growth. Candidates must have at least 1 year of relevant experience in business development or sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Conduct market research to identify potential customers.
• Follow up on leads and convert them into business.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and prepare regular reports.

Eligibility

• Minimum 1+ year of relevant experience in pharma sales or business development is mandatory.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Target-oriented with a proactive and positive attitude.
• Immediate joiners will be preferred.

Salary

₹20,000–₹40,000 per month, depending on experience and interview performance.

Note: Freshers are not eligible to apply.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
