Job Description – Business Development Executive (BDE)

Company: ICA Edu Skills Pvt. Ltd.
Location: Kothrud, Pune
Experience: 1–3 Years Preferred (Freshers can apply)

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit colleges and develop institutional tie-ups.
• Organise job fairs, seminars, workshops, and campus activities.
• Generate student leads through field marketing and networking.
• Build relationships with colleges, companies, and placement officers.
• Identify new business opportunities and drive admission growth.
• Promote ICA courses and coordinate with the counselling team.
• Maintain daily visit reports and business development records.

Required Skills:

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Business development and lead generation.
• Relationship management and event coordination.
• Basic MS Excel and reporting skills.
• Target-oriented approach and willingness to travel locally.
