About the Role

We are looking for a proactive, well-organized and customer oriented Inside Sales & Lead Re-Engagement Executive to support the growth of our TouchPoint enterprise software business.

The primary responsibility of this role will be to reconnect with our existing database of prospects who had previously enquired about, evaluated or shown interest in TouchPoint but did not proceed with the purchase.

Many of these prospects may have postponed their requirements, changed decision makers, changed vendors, or may now have a fresh requirement. The candidate will be responsible for systematically reconnecting with these prospects, understanding their status, identifying genuine opportunities, and coordinating with the Sales team for demos and further engagement.

This is primarily a sales development, lead reactivation, and sales coordination role, rather than a pure field-sales position.
