Job Description Position: Business Development Manager – Waterproofing & Civil Works

Role Overview Responsible for generating new business, handling client enquiries, developing relationships and securing projects in waterproofing and civil construction.

Key Responsibilities - Generate leads through builders, architects, contractors, housing societies and commercial clients. - Handle client enquiries, calls, follow-ups and site visits. - Coordinate site inspections and prepare quotations with the technical team. - Negotiate with clients and convert enquiries into confirmed orders. - Maintain a database of leads, quotations and ongoing opportunities. - Achieve monthly sales and order targets. - Submit regular sales reports to management.

Requirements - Experience in sales/business development, preferably in waterproofing or civil construction. - Good communication, negotiation and client-handling skills. - Ability to generate leads independently and close deals. - Knowledge of basic construction work and quotations is preferred.

Main Objective Generate enquiries, secure orders and build a consistent pipeline of projects with minimal day-to-day involvement from the director.

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹41,000.00 per month
