Business Development Executive (BDE)

About the Role

We’re hiring Business Development Executives & Sales Interns to take our products to market. Your main target is simple: sell our software products & IT services and bring in customers.

This is perfect for freshers, students, or early-career candidates who want real sales exposure with real products (CRM, LMS, custom software).

Key Responsibilities

• Find and approach potential clients (SMEs, startups, schools, consultants)
• Sell Infrabit products: CRM, LMS, software solutions, IT services
• Cold calling, WhatsApp, LinkedIn & email outreach
• Book demos and close deals
• Maintain lead data in CRM / Excel
• Share market feedback to improve sales strategy

Requirements (0–1 Year)

• Freshers & students welcome
• Good communication in English + Hindi (regional language is a plus)
• Comfortable speaking to business owners & decision-makers
• Basic computer skills
• Self-motivated & target-oriented
• Stable internet connection

Salary / Stipend & Incentives

For Full-time (BDE):

• ₹12,000/month fixed salary
• High commission on every sale

For Internship:

• Stipend (optional / performance-based )
• Commission on every successful sale
• Internship certificate + performance-based PPO (Pre-Placement Offer)

Pay: ₹10,375.56 - ₹15,776.97 per month
