Business Development Executive (BDE) for Interior Design Studio

G Cube Studios is a Bengaluru-based interior design and turnkey execution company specializing in residential and commercial projects including salons, gyms, offices, restaurants, retail, hospitality, clinics and homes.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business leads through calls, networking, references and market visits.
• Connect with business owners, property owners, franchisees and decision-makers.
• Understand project requirements, budget, location, area and timeline.
• Schedule client meetings and site visits.
• Follow up with prospects and convert leads into projects.
• Maintain lead details and follow-ups in CRM.
• Coordinate with the design, estimation and project teams.
• Achieve monthly lead-generation and sales targets.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales/business development preferred.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Confident, proactive and target-oriented.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
• Experience in interiors, architecture, construction, real estate or related industries is an advantage.
• English and Kannada required; Hindi is an advantage.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
