Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities in domestic markets within the Cosmetic/Pharmaceutical industry.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, distributors, and partners.

Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions to meet business objectives.

Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth.

Collaborate with Marketing, R&D, and Production teams to ensure product positioning aligns with client requirements.

Conduct market research to track industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.

Prepare business proposals, presentations, and sales reports for management review.

Participate in exhibitions, trade shows, and networking events to promote company products and services.

Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines and company policies in all business dealings.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills (English, Hindi, or regional languages).
• Good convincing and negotiation ability.
