Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and networking.
• Qualify leads and understand customer business requirements.
• Schedule and conduct product demonstrations with prospective clients.
• Present Sociovia AI's products and solutions effectively.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Prepare and share proposals, quotations, and follow-up communications.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales activities in the CRM.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market opportunities.

Required Skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• Basic understanding of B2B sales and lead generation.
• Ability to build relationships with clients.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive mindset.
• Familiarity with CRM tools is an added advantage.
