Business Development Executive

• Source and secure casual leasing opportunities, including kiosks, pop-up stores, exhibitions, bazaars, and promotional spaces.
• Build strong relationships with shopping malls, landlords, property developers, commercial buildings, universities, hospitals, airports, train stations, and other strategic partners.
• Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies to identify the best expansion opportunities.
• Negotiate commercial terms, rental agreements, and lease renewals.
• Coordinate with Operations, Marketing, Design, and Supply Chain teams to ensure successful store openings and operational readiness.
• Monitor market trends and competitor expansion, and identify new business opportunities.

Qualification

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, Property Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in business development, retail expansion, casual leasing, commercial leasing, or Tenant Relations.
• Experience working with shopping malls, landlords, property developers, or retail brands.
• Existing network with mall leasing teams or property developers is a strong advantage.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Willing to travel frequently for site visits.
