BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE

1. Subsidiary Operations Monitoring

• Review and monitor the operational performance of subsidiary companies on a regular basis.
• Prepare operational and financial performance analysis reports.
• Support the evaluation of project and investment effectiveness.

2. Reporting & Analysis

• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual reports for management.
• Analyse data to identify trends, risks and opportunities for improvement.
• Coordinate and consolidate information from various departments and subsidiaries.

3. Collection Management

• Monitor the collection status of payments from projects and investments.
• Prepare ageing reports and follow up on outstanding payments.
• Liaise with relevant parties to ensure timely and effective collection.

4. Governance & Documentation

• Ensure all records, reports and documentation are properly maintained.
• Assist in the preparation of working papers, Board reports and audit-related documents.
• Ensure compliance with the organisation's policies and procedures.
