Job Description Business Development Executive (BDE)

Location: Lalpur, Raipur
Salary: 15,000 22,000 + Incentives
Experience: 1–3 Years

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, meetings, referrals, and market research.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects.
• Understand client requirements and present suitable products/services.
• Conduct client meetings, prepare quotations/proposals, and negotiate commercial terms.
• Follow up on leads and convert prospects into successful business opportunities.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales/revenue targets.
• Maintain regular sales reports, lead records, and client databases.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution and client satisfaction.

Required Skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and convincing abilities.
• Good knowledge of MS Office/Excel.
• Target-oriented and proactive approach.
• Ability to generate leads and close deals.
• Good relationship management and follow-up skills.

Preferred: Candidates with experience in B2B sales, business development, client acquisition, or field sales.
