Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Contact prospective clients through phone calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and project initiation.
• Follow up with prospective clients and convert leads into business opportunities.
• Handle and manage leads provided by the company.
• Maintain accurate customer records and update lead status in CRM or Excel.
• Prepare and submit daily work reports to the reporting manager.
• Understand client requirements and explain the company's IT services.
