Business Development Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Explain product/service features, pricing, and benefits clearly to prospects.
• Build rapport and maintain strong customer relationships throughout the sales journey.
• Address client queries, objections, and concerns effectively.
• Follow up with prospective clients to maximize conversions.
• Manage and track all client interactions and follow-ups in reports/CRM.
• Achieve monthly lead conversion and revenue targets.
• Work on company-provided/warm leads; no lead generation or cold calling required.

• Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
• Customer-focused with a positive and professional approach.
• Good follow-up and relationship management skills.
• Ability to understand customer needs and effectively address queries and objections.
• Target-oriented and motivated to achieve sales and revenue goals.
• Comfortable working with company-provided/warm leads.
• No lead generation or cold calling required.
• Prior experience in sales, customer relationship management, telesales, or a similar role will be an added advantage.
