Business Development executive

We are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive to join our team and help grow new business opportunities in the local custom made decorative lighting industry.

Job Responsibilities:

* Develop new business opportunities and potential client accounts

* Build and maintain good relationships with homeowners, interior designers, contractors, architects and project clients

* Follow up with enquiries, quotations and potential customers

* Understand clients’ requirements and recommend suitable decorative lighting solutions

* Coordinate with the sales and internal team on client requirements and project progress

* Identify potential projects and new market opportunities

* Maintain good relationships with existing clients and encourage repeat business

* Achieve monthly sales targets and business development goals

* Attend client meetings, site discussions or project appointments when required

* Provide good customer service and professional follow-up throughout the sales process

Requirements:

* Experience in sales or business development is preferred

* Good communication and interpersonal skills

* Confident in approaching and communicating with new clients

* Self-motivated, responsible and able to follow up independently

* Experience in lighting, interior design, furniture, renovation or related industries is an advantage

* Possess own transport

Salary: RM3,000 – RM4,000 + Commission / Incentive
