Business Development Executive – IT Services

Location: Lahore | Full-Time | Experience: 3–4 Years | On-site

SymuFolk is looking for a Business Development professional with experience in international IT services sales to drive new business across the USA, Europe, and the UK.

Responsibilities

Generate qualified B2B leads through LinkedIn, Upwork, cold outreach, email, and networking

Identify and engage international clients and decision-makers. Conduct discovery calls and understand business/technical requirements.

Promote AI, Data Engineering, Cloud, SaaS, and Software Development services.

Lead and manage the Business Development team, set targets, monitor performance, and drive the team toward revenue goals.

Manage the sales cycle from lead generation to closing.

Build long-term client relationships and identify upselling opportunities.

Maintain CRM, sales pipeline, and regular business development reports.

Requirements

3–4 years of experience in IT/software services business development.

Proven international B2B sales experience, preferably in USA/EU markets.

Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.

Understanding of technology services and software solutions.

Target-oriented with a strong revenue and client acquisition mindset.

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs200,000.00 per month
