About the Role

Dawn Staffing Solutions is looking for MBA freshers with excellent communication skills to join our Dehradun team as Business Development Executives. This is a great opportunity to start your career in international business development and work with clients across the US and Canada.

Location: Dehradun, Uttarakhand | Work Mode: On-Site
Experience: MBA Freshers | Employment Type: Full-Time
Shift: Night Shift | US/Canada Market

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and connect with potential clients across US and Canadian markets.
• Generate leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients.
• Schedule meetings and follow up with prospects to convert opportunities.
• Understand client staffing requirements and coordinate with the recruitment team.
• Maintain lead, follow-up, and business development reports.
• Work towards individual and team business development targets.

Requirements:

• MBA freshers Marketing, Sales, HR, or related specialization preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Confident, enthusiastic, and comfortable making client calls.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Target-oriented with a willingness to learn and grow.
• Good knowledge of MS Office and basic computer applications.
• Willingness to work the night shift to support US/Canadian business hours.
