Business Development Executive

Key responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and secure new customers within the HORECA segment
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets
• Conduct regular market visits to hotels, restaurants, cafés, catering companies
• Prepare and present product proposals, quotations, and business presentations to potential customers
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers
• Conduct regular customer visits to understand operational needs and identify sales opportunities
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service-related issues promptly
• Monitor customer satisfaction and ensure high service standards
• Promote the company's product portfolio and introduce new products and value-added solutions to customers
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing movements, and customer requirements
