Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell electrical products to dealers, distributors, contractors, builders, consultants, and end customers.
• Conduct regular market visits to generate enquiries, meet existing customers, and identify new business opportunities.
• Explore and develop new markets, dealer networks, project clients, and institutional customers.
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.
• Understand customer requirements, prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and close sales orders.
• Achieve assigned monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
• Submit accurate monthly sales reports covering sales achieved, enquiries, quotations, orders, competitor activity, and market feedback.
• Follow up with customers for pending payments and ensure timely collection of outstanding amounts.
• Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, dispatch status, product availability, delivery commitments, and customer support.
• Monitor competitor products, pricing, market trends, and customer preferences.
• Resolve basic customer concerns related to products, supply, and service in coordination with the relevant department.
