About the Role:

We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Executive to acquire new corporate clients for our IT recruitment services. You will directly engage with HR leaders, TA Heads, and tech executives to close staffing mandates and sign SLAs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively generate B2B leads via cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, and cold emails.
• Pitch Phiresolution’s IT hiring capabilities to TA Heads, HR Directors, and CTOs.
• Manage end-to-end sales conversations, commercial negotiations, and SLA sign-offs.
• Gather detailed technical job requirements from clients and pass them to our sourcing team.
• Maintain relationships with acquired clients to ensure repeat business and exclusive mandates.

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience in B2B Sales, Lead Generation, or IT Recruitment Client Acquisition.
• Basic understanding of tech stacks (Full-Stack, Cloud, DevOps, AI/ML).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with high cold-calling confidence.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn, CRM tools, and email outreach tools.
