Business Development Executive

About the Role

We are recruiting a Business Development Executive / Senior to drive the growth of our Point of Sales (POS) hardware, Customised Self‑Service Kiosks, and Customised Software Programming Services.

This role is ideal for a candidate who combines strong business development skills with technical understanding, and who enjoys working with hardware solutions, self‑service systems, and custom software projects. www.kioskhk.com www.flytech.com

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and develop business for:

  • POS hardware solutions
  • Self‑Service Kiosks (Standard and Customised)
  • Customised software programming services integrated with self‑service kiosks

• Identify and develop new business opportunities, customers, and partnerships

• Work closely with technical and engineering teams to design tailor‑made solutions for clients

• Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations

• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closing

• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with customers

• Keep up to date with market trends, competitors, and customer needs

Requirements

• Diploma or above in Business, Engineering, IT, or related disciplines
• Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management for the post of Senior
• Experience or strong interest in POS systems, self‑service kiosks, hardware solutions, or software services
• Good technical understanding and ability to communicate with engineers and customers
• Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills
• Self‑motivated, results‑oriented, and able to work independently
• Good command of English and Chinese (Cantonese is mandatory)
