Business Development Executive

Join DSN Advanced Technology as a Business Development Executive and play a key role in expanding B2B business opportunities within the packaging and industrial sectors.

What You'll Be Doing

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within electronics, industrial and manufacturing sectors.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation, customer engagement, quotation, negotiation and closing.
• Build strong relationships with procurement teams, decision-makers and key corporate accounts.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable packaging solutions based on technical and business needs.
• Collaborate with design, technical and production teams to deliver cost-effective customised solutions.
• Maintain sales pipeline, CRM records, revenue forecasts and sales performance reports.
• Support customer retention, upselling opportunities and business expansion initiatives.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Information Technology or related fields.
• 1–2 years of experience in B2B sales, corporate sales or manufacturing-related industries.
• Experience in packaging, corrugated carton, industrial printing or manufacturing is an added advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation and consultative selling skills with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with AutoCount or Adobe Illustrator is an advantage.
• Willing to travel within Johor and other regions with own transport and valid driving licence.
