Key Responsibilities

* Own the complete sales cycle end-to-end: Lead Meeting Follow-up Closure

* Generate leads through field visits, cold outreach, and referrals

* Onboard doctors, clinics, diagnostic centers, and hospitals onto the Easy Healths platform

* Sell SaaS subscriptions for OPD & Lab automation and digital clinic tools

* Clearly communicate ROI, patient flow impact, and business value to providers

* Build and nurture long-term relationships with healthcare providers

* Maintain and track daily pipeline, conversions, and progress against targets

Skills Required

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Strong relationship-building ability

Confidence in meeting and presenting to healthcare professionals

Target-driven mindset

Willingness to travel across Kolkata and nearby areas

Basic knowledge of smartphones and digital applications
