About the role
Responsible for selling employment and staffing services, project bidding, and managing key accounts and global client programs.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the Employment Recruitment Team
- Build and maintain client relationships
- Identify and create new business opportunities
About you
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- At least 1-3 years' experience in recruitment or outsourcing background
- Good written and communication in English language
- Experience in business developments managing sales or marketing teams
- Entrepreneurial mindset and exceptional computer & presentation skill
- Demonstrate analytical, problem solving, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Extremely well-organized
- Able to travel provinces in Thailand
