Hiring: BDM / Inside Sales Manager Learning Solutions

Working Days: Monday–Friday | Saturday & Sunday Fixed Off

Role:

We are looking for a BDM / Inside Sales Manager – Learning Solutions with strong B2B sales and communication skills to drive lead generation and client engagement in the corporate training sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• B2B cold calling and lead generation
• Identify and qualify potential clients & decision-makers
• Understand client training requirements
• Conduct first-level discussions and present training solutions
• Schedule meetings with the Senior Key Account Manager
• Maintain leads and sales pipeline in CRM
• Support proposals, TOCs, quotations & presentations
• Research new market opportunities and competitor activities

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or related field
• 2–4 years of experience in B2B Sales / Inside Sales / BDM
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong lead generation and follow-up skills
• CRM knowledge is an added advantage
• Experience in Corporate Training / L&D / EdTech is preferred
