JOB ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Drive distribution & availability of Bisleri small pack SKUs across the assigned territory
- Expand general trade outlet coverage by onboarding new retailers & kirana stores
- Achieve Primary and Secondary Sales targets for the small pack portfolio
- Ensure product visibility & merchandising (POS, chillers, standees) at retail outlets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers and retailers
- Plan and execute market activation, schemes and promotions for small pack products
- Monitor stock availability, freshness and timely replenishment at outlets
- Conduct regular market visits, outlet audits and competitor tracking
- Ensure timely collections and accurate reporting of sales & outstanding
