- Key Responsibilities
- Bidding: Win projects via Upwork, Freelancer, and Truelancer.
- Outbound Sales: Source and close leads using LinkedIn networking, Apollo.io, and cold email campaigns.
- Client Conversion: Lead discovery calls, qualify client requirements, draft proposals, and negotiate contracts to close deals.
- Requirements:
- Industry Experience: Minimum 3+ years in IT/software sales (strictly required; candidates from non-software fields will not be considered).
- Proven Track Record: Demonstrable success in winning international software projects via bidding platforms and LinkedIn/Apollo outreach.
- Technical Literacy: Basic understanding of web, mobile, SaaS, and AI development lifecycles.
- Communication: Fluent written and spoken English.
- Compensation: Competitive base salary + attractive commission per closed project.
