About this role

We are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive to connect with customers through telephone, understand their requirements, provide suitable assistance, and contribute to business growth by achieving assigned targets.

• Generate and follow up with potential customers through telephone calls.
• Communicate with customers and understand their requirements.
• Convince and assist customers to convert leads into business opportunities.
• Respond to customer queries professionally.
• Maintain regular customer follow-ups.
• Achieve assigned sales and performance targets.
• Work effectively during the 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM shift.

• Any Degree / Diploma.
• Freshers can apply.
• Age: 2035 years.
• Good communication skills in Malayalam.
• Excellent convincing and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused approach with good follow-up skills.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Ability to handle customer queries professionally.
