Business Development Executive

We are hiring for a Business Development Lead Generation / Sales role with a Recruitment Firm.

Established in 2011, we are a leading Human Resources and Organizational Development consulting firm providing end-to-end solutions in Talent Acquisition, Executive Search, Corporate Training, Executive Coaching, and Organizational Development.

Role: Business Development – Lead Generation / Sales

Experience: 0.5–3 years

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new B2B leads and identify potential recruitment/staffing clients.
• Conduct cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, and email campaigns.
• Connect with HR Heads, TA Heads, Hiring Managers, and key decision-makers.
• Generate qualified leads and schedule business meetings.
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
• Convert prospects into new business opportunities.
• Research target companies and identify potential hiring requirements.
• Achieve monthly lead-generation and client-acquisition targets.
• Maintain regular follow-ups and update CRM/pipeline activities.

What We’re Looking For

We are looking for someone who is confident in communication, comfortable with cold calling, proactive in lead generation, and interested in B2B sales/business development within the recruitment and staffing industry.
