Role Responsibilities
Generate leads through Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, and other platforms
Prepare and submit professional proposals
Communicate with potential clients and understand their requirements
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Coordinate with the technical team for project requirements
Achieve business development and lead generation targets
Ideal Candidate
Experience in IT Business Development / Bidding
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Good understanding of web/software development services
