Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our real estate team. The candidate will be responsible for handling company-generated leads, client follow-ups, and coordinating site visits to help convert prospects into successful sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Call and follow up on company-generated leads
• Understand client requirements and explain real estate projects clearly
• Convince clients for site visits and coordinate site visit schedules
• Ensure clients reach the site and provide proper follow-up after visits
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Coordinate with sales and site teams to close deals
• Maintain daily calling and follow-up records

Requirements

• Experience in Real Estate / Sales / Business Development preferred
• Good English communication skills (spoken & basic written)
• Ability to handle clients professionally and confidently
• Target-oriented and result-driven mindset

• Immediate joiners preferred
