What they need
- Track and manage project-related business opportunities (RFQs/RFPs, bidding schedules, decision-making chains); establish and maintain the sales pipeline forecasts
- Compile and finalize bid/quotation documents: specification compliance data, technical documentation, commercial terms, delivery schedules, and cost information; lead technical and commercial clarifications
- Liaise with EPC firms, consultants, MEP contractors, and the supply chain to assist with specification implementation and solution comparisons, thereby increasing the likelihood of meeting specifications and winning the bid
- Contract and risk coordination: payment terms, delivery schedules, warranties, penalties, changes (VO/Change Order), etc.; collaborate with Legal, Manufacturing, and Quality Assurance to complete reviews and prepare for negotiations
- Progress tracking and cross-departmental coordination during project execution (manufacturing, shipping, on-site requirements, acceptance, and invoicing milestones) to ensure delivery and payment collection
