Job Summary

Drive Mindnotixs growth by identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and closing deals across AI, web, mobile, and cloud services.

Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify new business opportunities through outreach and networking
• Present Mindnotixs AI and digital engineering services to prospective clients
• Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers (CTOs, Founders)
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure
• Collaborate with technical teams to craft tailored solution proposals
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets

Requirements

• Freshers welcome - strong communication and drive to succeed
• Experienced candidates: proven B2B sales track record preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English
• Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset
• Basic understanding of technology / software services is a plus
