Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities for recruitment and manpower services.
• Research and identify companies with active hiring requirements across India and international markets.
• Find companies looking to empanel recruitment agencies, staffing partners and manpower vendors.
• Identify and approach key decision-makers including HR Heads, CHROs, Talent Acquisition Heads, HR Managers, Procurement Managers and Business Heads.
• Generate leads through LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, Apollo, company websites, job portals, industry databases, networking and other available platforms.
• Conduct market research to identify companies expanding operations, opening new projects, increasing workforce requirements or undertaking large-scale recruitment.
• Promote Jesseena's recruitment services to potential corporate clients.
• Arrange and coordinate meetings with prospective clients.
• Prepare and send company profiles, proposals, service presentations and follow-up communications.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients and business opportunities.
• Follow up regularly with prospects and maintain professional client relationships.
• Support recruitment vendor registration and empanelment processes with corporate organisations.
